Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Overworld/Nether relative locator map

This idea would make maps usable in the nether but with a twist. Instead of actually mapping the nether, which is virtually impossible with its multiple layers, when using a map there it shows your relative location of where you would be in the overworld. This would help with making it easier to plan, map out, make nether highways and just help show where you would be if you were to craft another nether portal. In order to balance things out it would be smart to make it where it will only show you the overworld on your map if previously discovered. Otherwise you will just see your arrow (which is still helpful in guiding with direction) Also maybe we’d have to craft this special map with a rare item because I know there’s a point to not having maps and compasses work there for an element of disorientation. This would definitely be a later game thing but so many would love a feature like this.
