End Disorderlands

This is such a small change that might add a little amount of lore to the Minecraft End.
This biome is the same as the end midlands, just with craters in the ground.

Some by so little that they are invisible, while others are so deep that they reach the void.
This might make the end look a little more like the moon or asteroid belt.

Or maybe this was made by a heavy war with the ender dragon that continued onto the outer islands...
Who knows?
