natural disaster option

 this idea adds the natural disaster option  were if you want a natural disaster all you got to do is toggle it on if don't want t don't toggle it this will add tornadoes and flooding  and hurricanes and sand storms and blizzards there will be a new redstone block that keeps your base or home safe its called the disaster shield  if your brave you can find some good loot in them
