cursed dust and cursed displacement table

New item idea: Cursed dust, this dust can only be obtained by killing a witches.

New Block for the cursed dust called a Curse displacement table: This table can be found at a witch hut or crafted. Crafting requirements are 3 paper,1leather and 5 cursed dust. Similar to a anvil it would cost levels. The levels would turn into power that takes the curse from 1 item and transfers it to a weapon thats not curse. But it curses you with poison for 30 seconds.
