[Nether Update] Quality of life changes.

Change the name of Nether Wart to Crimson Wart and create a Warped Wart variant that changes randomly in fortress. This change affect all related bricks.

Create Warped Bricks with the New Warped Wart and Nether Brick.

Possibility to have all variants of bricks to both crimson and warped bricks, like the nether bricks have.

Creation of the Nether Fence Gate and its new bricks variants.

Possibility of make a better crafting with Nether Bricks (Block) and Crimson/Warped Block to create Crimson/Warped Bricks.

A low chance of drop a Crimson/Warped Wart breaking the Crimson/Warped Wart Block when you have Fortune Enchantment. Works like Gravel and Flint. If you don't have fortune to break it, will only drops the block itself. I know it's been said that I wouldn't have a recipe to make blocks of crimson wart turn into crimson wart but I believe working that way would be fair.

Change the possibility to crafting Crimson/Warped Wart Block with 9 to 4 Crimson/Warped Wart, because of the suggestion above. I don't think it's fair to have a recipe that is barely used to be so expensive and end up being confused with blocks to store in the chest in a more practical way.

Rare chances to have Crimson and Warped Fortress if the Normal Fortress Spawn on these biomes.

Change bone meal to blaze powder when you need to grow new nether trees and the possibility of making the Crimson/Warped Wart grow with that too.

An interaction with Lava and Soul Sand to make Crimson/Warped Wart grow a little faster.
