Did you know that the beloved iron golem was modeled after a Studio Ghibli character? That's right, the iron golem is based on the robots from Ghibli's "Castle in the Sky." This got me thinking, "what if we had ancient floating structures in Minecraft?" Currently there are jungle temples, desert temples, strong holds, ocean monuments, etc. These structures left many to speculate that there had been an ancient civilization that constructed them. There’s another theory that lapis possesses magical properties, so this could expand on that by featuring a “purified” lapis block at the center of each floating fortes which can be used to craft the necklace mentioned later. The purpose of the Laputa like structures is to further expand upon the vast knowledge that ancient players accumulated prior to their downfall. The floating fortress will naturally spawn iron golems, and will grant the special items listed after this explanation. It would be a little OP if players could just build a dirt tower to reach these structures, so maybe there could be wrecked ones scattered across the world possessing a "broken amulet" that points out the location of a floating castle. If the players attempt to build up to them, they will be blown away unless they're holding either a broken amulet, or an amulet. New loot: - Ancient Amulet - grants “slow falling” when equipped or held in the left hand. -Broken amulet (points out the location of a floating Castle and can be fixed using purified lapis)
