Tendril Helmet (Sculk Improvement Idea)

The Tendril Helmet is a craftable accessory to put on any helmet. A tendril helmet will detect vibrations of other mobs to let you know that they are around you. Not my best idea, but I think it would be an awesome addition for the Wild Update!
