Corrupter Item & Sculk End Portals

I've had the idea of a new end mob for a couple of years. It would be interesting to see a "Crawler" mob that appears after you kill the Ender Dragon. It would have a lot of health and crawl around the end. They could even have different features like tribes and teleportation jumps. If you manage to kill them, they could drop a "corrupter" item. If you use it on sculk blocks, you can create more end portals. This wouldn't be too overpowered since you usually kill the Ender Dragon late-game. A cool easter egg would be using the corrupter on the Warden. If you do, the Warden will be stunned, and his heart will become purple.
