It is a unique item that looks like a telescope that you can find in the Deep Dark Cities. When you look through it, you see the vibrations of the mob's sounds. This item will help you find caves. It also adds the spawners detection mechanic. If you see a lot of vibration from one place, then there may be a spawner.
