Blacklight Torch

It's a torch/lantern that produces a light source but no light is visible.  This would allow for darkness where no monsters could spawn. Craftable by having 4 tinted glass surrounded by a soul torch.

    If anything, I would just have a light source that is invisible but can be seen with a blacklight, which is a different thing
