All Splash Potions Clear Fire

As you know, potions have a base of a water bottle, so if you throw a potion, it should have a similar effect to water bottles (clear out fire in splash radius)

    Potions have water, but it doesn't mean they ARE water: you can use a bottle of water to extinguish a fire, but you can't use wine to do so
