Items lack colour

Bedrock Beta 1.18.0.22 on xbox one

Items helfd in my hand and mob drops on the ground appear coloueless.

Mob drops and item drops from mining, cutting trees, farming appear colourless as they drop and when lying on the ground. Also any item held in the hand has no colour.

Obsidian and other dark blocks seem a dull black, light coloured items are grey-scale.

All items appear normal in inventory and when placed on the ground.
