Stop Spreading

With the Wild Update, the new sculk blocks will spread with xp. I was thinking maybe there should be a gamerule to disable and enable it. This would be similar to tnt for example. This way these blocks can be used to build with.

    Not all of the blocks would spread and none of them would do it automatically. The Sculk only spreads when mobs die next to Sculk Catalysts specifically, and it won't replace all blocks. It seems to follow the same rules as Moss blocks; only natural common blocks like Stone, Deepslate, Grass and similar stuff would be replaced.

    2023 playing on 19.4 java and it's still spreading due to the bats running into lava! Please, I want to make it stop. It's climbing the walls and growing. I don't want to play with that aspect of the game. Can we at least turn off the spread, please? It looks like a bunch of little eyeballs staring at me. I just can't. Please make it stop.
