Redstone should be more common in the Deep Dark

I say this because the Sculk Sensors a) interact with Redstone, and b) emit Redstone particles when activated, so I would say it has Redstone inside it, probably in a similar way to how we have calcium in our bones. If Redstone were more common in the Deep Dark, you could say that the Sculk Sensor is collecting Redstone from it's environment to use in it's body.
