Meteor Showers that increase EXP drops

Each night there is a rare chance that a meteor shower will happen, as if the Overworld is being blessed with EXP. A random point in the sky will be chosen as the radiant point – the point in the sky from which meteors appear to shoot out from. Meteors will streak across the night sky 8–15 times per minute. The event lasts all night.

During a meteor shower, there is excess EXP in the Overworld. There won't literally be EXP orbs raining down from the sky. The meteor shower increases EXP drop rates for everything in the Overworld so you obtain extra EXP from killing/mining/fishing/etc on top of what you normally get. If this is too OP, the amount of extra EXP possible can be capped per night or per minute or per player.
