Temperature based cave biome generation

Cave biomes should generate like surface biomes do. for example, a sandstone cave would generate in desert biome, a frozen cave could generate in frozen biomes, and lush caves could have a higher chance of generating under a jungle.

  Underground rivers could also generate in more wet areas above sections of dripstone to create underground waterways.
