Emerald ore drops more Emeralds

Emerald ore gives a nice reward when exploring the new mountains, but they're currently not a good incentive. You need to get a lot of emeralds to make good trades. However, I like how emerald ore currently generates rarely and in small blobs. They're almost like the mountain equivalent to diamonds. Instead of increasing ore generation, emerald ore should just drop more emeralds, similar to copper ore. This would provide a better extrinsic incentive to explore the peaks and caves of mountains.
