Tropical Frog use: Temporary arrow buff

You should be able to swipe a stack of arrows on a frog to get to get temporary toxic arrows. They last for 5 seconds before reverting to normal arrows. Toxic arrows cause poison for two seconds and blindness for 1. This could come in handy in a pinch since blindness also prevents running. Tropical Frogs could also be used strategically in PVP servers by carrying one in a bucket and placing them down to have a mobile arrow buffing station.
