New effect! Light

I suggest adding a light effect, now that we have a dark effect coming to the game it just feels right that we get light effect
this effect will work like a flash grenade.You can use this throwable potion onto players so that everything becomes white(in contrast to how darkness effect makes everything black) this will probably be a potion attack from a witch and it can be made with the "light drop" which will be dropped by the fireflies.
This will be a great addition to the pvp gameplay!
