Pedestal of Tears (Rare Deep Dark Block) and Forgotten Tears

The Pedestal of Tears would be an uncraftable Deep Dark block that could be rarely found in Ancient Cities. Much like the Respawn Anchors and Lecterns in artistic design, the pedestal would function much like a cauldron, allowing players to put water inside the block, but the pedestal would turn the water into a new liquid called Forgotten Tears.

Using a bottle, players could collect the Forgotten Tears and either drink the liquid, which would cure players of the Darkness effect and make their movements not produce vibrations for a few seconds, or give the bottled tears to a villager, which would make that villager afraid of anything sculk. By making villagers afraid of the sculk via the Forgotten Tears, players would be given a specific incentive to seek out the Ancient Cities and it gives players a way to herd villagers without a boat or minecart. Additionally, this could help build upon the lore surrounding the Ancient Cities, because the pedestals could contain the memories of the previous inhabitants.
