A use to glow ink sac

I have come with an idea that you can brew a glow ink sac to a new kind of glow potion that will not outline you but will make you glow in the dark like a glow squid. Furthermore, when a glow squid gets attacked and sprays you it will give you this new glow effect. As I said, this effect will make you glow in the dark without emitting actual light levels. Mobs will agro on players or other mobs from further away when they have this effect. I think this effect should be called glow and the other glow effect should be called outlining.
