Potion of Luck obtainable in End City

Potion of Luck and Splash Potion of Luck could be obtainable in Survival Mode in End City loot chests.

The percent chance of finding this potion would be 5% or less, making it very rare to find, and as an additional way to reward the players for exploring the End City structures.
