Add a Chopper enchantment in the Wild Update

I had this idea after I saw the concept art for the new birch forests on the minecon live, since they're taller it made sense in my head to add a enchantment that would make it easier to take them down.

This enchantment would have 3 levels, and they would chop down a whole tree by breaking a single block.

Chopper I: breaks down a thin tree (oak, acacia, spruce and birch) and uses all the durability it would have taken to break every block. Like vein mine for a single tree.

Chopper II: breaks down all kinds of trees and will take away half the durability it would take to break it one block at a time.

Chopper III: this enchantment can only be obtained by trading with jungle born villagers,  finding it on jungle temple chests or enchanting golden axes. It takes down the whole tree and uses only one durabillity point.
