My idea is basically to add Koalas to the game, and I know this has been requested before, but I thought I would bring my spin on the idea. So here it is!
Koalas are small (about the size of a block), passive mobs who live in trees. They go towards to the leaves of the Eucalyptus trees and are not seen moving very often, just like in real life! The Eucalyptus trees would be around the same size as a small jungle tree and would involve a grey/tan bark with a plank colour being slightly darker then oak. The would drop your ordinary leaves drop, saplings, apples and sticks, but also a new item called the Eucalyptus leaf, this would be a edible item that is, well, a leaf, upon eating this item the player would gain back one heart if their hunger bar is not full and two if their hunger bar is full, this item would also be how the player breeds koalas. A nice detail with the baby Koalas could be that the babies sometimes hop into the adult koalas pouch that koalas have in real life.
Now, where would koalas and Eucalyptus leaves be, well, they would be in the Dry forest! A new biome similar to the forest biome that has grass colour close to savannas and is populated not with oak, but with Eucalyptus trees.
I think adding koalas to Minecraft would bring some more life to the game, adding a mob that loves climbing, but also it would help bring to attention the fact koalas are becoming extinct, so adding them would help bring to light what is happening and bring it to people's attention!
