-Active/Inactive Beacon stone- (Marks Selected players)

The Idea is a stone made with a type of soul bonding material such as skulk or soul sand. This would require the players clicking the beacon to get the effects and would also mark them when in the beacon interface.

This means a huge things for factions and would be helpful for selected faction members as long as other players don't mark the beacon.

Personally I think this won't be a to overpower thing due to sever effects being abled with potions and will just help players in their bases.

Why? do this and here are some of those reasons 

-Helps faction players 

-Gamerule for automatic soul beacon link up using the Minecraft "Team" commands

Coding this into the game requires textures and having player ID for the beacon I realize that this is what is needed in the game.

Although this will be helpful and be great for the PVP community.
