Insanity dimension

The insanity dimension would be a new dimension that you can only enter when you’ve entered a state of insanity. There’s already posts of ideas about how an insanity bar/sanity rating would work so I’ll leave that out of here. The dimension would be filled with weird and wacky but also dangerous things. The weirdest and craziest ideas you’ve ever had could go into this dimension. Cute animals like bunnies could be evil. Creepers could be friendly. New strange looking creatures everywhere. Maybe new physics. To get here you’d have to go through a portal that is only visible when you’re insane. We could replace some of the broken nether portals throughout the overworld with broken (or not) versions of the insanity portal. These insanity portals could be guarded by a mob that only spawns around these portals. This mob would be neutral when you’re sane but hostile when you’re insane. Attacking/killing this mob would lower your sanity. This mob would also spawn inside the dimension. The insanity dimension version of a zombie piglin. Day time in this dimension would have a bright moon vs night time would have a dim sun.
