Thunderstorm in the desert

As of now there is no rain in hot biomes such as the desert. But it could be nice to have only thunder and lightnings without rain in deserts and when a lightning touches the sand it could create a glass block (or some other new block) as it sometimes happen in real life. This feature would go nice with the Wild Update and now with copper and lightning rod it could somehow be used.

  YES. Desert thunderstorms are MASSIVELY IMPORTANT in desert ecosystems. Plus, this keeps the idea of less rain in the desert, as thunderstorms are rarer than rainstorms. PLEASE ADD THIS.
