Mountain Blizzards

When on the top of the world and you can see as far as your render distance will allow you, it may not be all its out to be. Introducing mountain blizzards! If its a bad thunderstorm down below on the ground well on a mountain peak you will get caught in a terrible blizzard that gives your player character the same effect as being submerged in powdered snow. This will continue until you leave the mountain, die, or enter shelter. Leather armor will protect you from the effect as it would with powdered snow.
