End Update

End update that adds new structures, mobs biomes vegetation and ores to the end. Also add new terrain and blocks, and some unique loot. This would make the end more fun and more useful, it would make players venture to the end more often, and now that the nether has had an update the end needs something similar to make it more interesting and useful.
