Dry desert and tropical desert biomes

the desert should be divided into 2 biomes.

tropical desert - spawn next to oceans and would generate palm trees from the old vote and no oasis or desert well

dry desert - does not spawn anywhere near water and is bigger. it does not spawn palm trees except the oasis sub biome. spawns desert wells.

*Extra : Oasis Sub Biome - only spawns in dry desert variation. spawns lots of palm trees from the old vote. 3/4 chance to spawn an oasis village somewhere made of palm wood from old vote. Meerkats lead you to Oasis if it is within 500 blocks within the biome its in.
