Add the Moobloom in 1.19

Since 1.19 is a nature-themed update, it is the perfect opportunity to add one of the losing mobs in previous mob votes, which would be the Moobloom. It would fit in well with the update as it's very flowery and it would introduce a new flower.

    Maybe add a crow or raven. They could be tamed sort of in a way like foxes or ocelots and could bring you gold or iron nuggets at random times.
