World Spawn - if 0,0 is water, spawn players on a Boat/Ship

I have recently been checking many different seeds in BETA 1.18.0.20(21) and there have been many times I spawned under water.  (this is not about BETA, just player spawn)  I see 0,0 was also under water but I was spawned in areas like 32, 0 or similar but it was near the shore at least. What if instead of moving the 0,0 world spawn, you spawn players on a boat instead if 0,0  is water? I dont mean the boats we craft, but like the sunk boats under water, except put the players on a boat that isnt crashed lol. I have also noticed a lot of boats that "LOOKED" like they were anchored off the shore lately. This look really nice. I havent seen that before but I have seen it a lot lately. This looks really nice if it was intentional. If not, please make it intentional lol. Love the game Guys and Gals, keep up the awesome work.
