Dark Crimson Stalagmites, a variant of Stalagmites could be added to Basalt Deltas, Crimson Forests, or any other biome in the Nether. Dark Crimson Stalagmites in the Nether are a counterpart to the regular Stalagmites in the Overworld's caves.
(The Nether is a very big cave after all.)
