Nether Wood (crimson/warped) boats - but balanced!

The community's request for Warped and Crimson boats has been rejected because they would "make striders useless". But they don't have to. They could still be fireproof, but sink in lava anyway. Otherwise, they could just behave like normal boats. This would be nice because, then, we would have blue boats! (and i guess purplish red ones too)

    Make the boats not be destroyed in lava and give you fire resistant

    Yes, I agree! I love variation and would appreciate having crimson and warped boats as well. I think the possibility of them not sinking in lava but perhaps being very slow or not moving at all (in lava) would be fitting, then people riding striders could pull other boats carrying their friends and belongings behind them.
