Allay should save the single item we gave until we change the item ourself

What I mean by this is that Allay should save the single piece of item that it got from us and not dropping it with the others that it has collected unless we change the item by ourself. This will make Allay search for more of that item automatically, and will saving our time – so we don't have to give the same item after it finished dropping what it has collected.

Also to prevent a broken loop that this idea will cause, i suggest that Allay should have a delay before it will search for more item again. This will prevent Allay to pick up the item it has just dropped and also will give time to players so we can change the item that it'll search.

    Good idea I was thinking the same thing. I'll absolutely vote for Allay if this idea got implemented

    Mojang said he's going to have 1 slot for the item to search and 1 slot for items collected, so it's likely to only drop items in slot 2 until the player gives him a different item and there shouldn't be any confusion.

    For all the comments here, Mojang never said that they works like this both in trailer or the mob post. So that's why we need to vote this idea or else Allay will be a meh mob
