Flute for Allay (if it win)

I propose to add a flute in case the mob Allay wins, so I can attract it towards my direction while I am moving. It could be said that it is a portable noteblock.
Could be crafted with a bone and a flint or whatever.

    A Goat horn and a bone could be the crafting recipe.
