new village stucture: the old harbour

That would be a simple construction with oak wood and cobblestone. It only can spawn at rivers. There's a new mob too: the old sailor. He looks like a villager, but he has a new custom outfit. You can trade new things like ropes or sails(upgrade for boats!) or fishing nets(you can fish a lot more) or you can get oceans tresure maps and if he gets master level, he can trade you an working sailing ship!!!(you can get this only from him!!!!)
