Merge the Allay and Glare

Both mobs seem like they wouldn't be used all the time, and their functions can be replaced by the player just doing the simple action instead. This means that there's a high risk of players just not using the mob if they're slightly inconvenient to use. A mob that just does both functions would partially fix this, and it would also just be cool to have them both in the game.

    I also do consider adding the Glare alongside the Allay because it will make the update much wilder like it says: Wild Update and will fit the theme perfectly and settle dispute between sides.
