River Rapids

Rivers are great and all but they need an advancement, rivers aren't all flat and straight, they have curves and some even have a fight to them, that being rapids. 

River rapids in Minecraft should consist of rocks leading down a river at a decline where the water pushes you down the rocks and you hope your boat doesn't sink!
