Parity means making features behave consistently across different Minecraft editions, most commonly between Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Use this category to discuss released features that exist in both versions of the game but work differently. Please note that bugs are not parity issues and should be reported separately.

There are and were plenty of technical redstone devices already without altering bedrock redstone.  That is what makes it the thinking person's version.  If you don't want to think, you can always find the tech community and link into some tutorials.

There's even a noob's guide to minecraft survival book that links in to tutorials for all the common farms and those can be used for a roadmap into the technical community.  The reason that you don't see much about them is that they have small channels and tend to show their videos to each other, rather than the world.

Makes sense. But even if we keep all the bedrock functions, it will not always work as intended. And even if you come up with a way to make a complicated Redstone machine, it might not always work 100% of the time and I feel it's not worth it if you can't count on what you create.
