The Lively Update is an update that adds all of the losing mob & biome votes (Except the ones you said you wouldn't) in addition to 1 new surface, ocean, cave, nether, & end biome. (This is post-End Update). Instead of a mob vote, there would be a Google Form survey that would have users input which other biome they want improved out of any of the ones not already being improved/recently improved, without being given specifics as to how you might improve them. This update would allow you to add many new blocks, mobs, and other features while also simultaneously improving the voting system & adding previously promised mobs & biome updates.
