Enchanter

Enchanter is a hostile Illager mob that spawns in Woodland Mansions and Raids. And attacks Players, Villagers, Wandering Traders and Iron Golems. They have 24 HP and can deal 1-2 hearts of damage.
They are equipped with Tome of Enchanting and use it to enchant Illagers. If the Player or an Iron Golem is within 10 blocks radius and there are no Illagers for the Enchanter to enchant, the Enchanter attack the Player or Iron Golem once and flees to avoid being attacked. If an Enchanter spots an Illager that is in combat, the enchanter shoots a purple colored beam-like projectile and enchants that Illager. The Enchanter can enchant 2 mobs at once. The Enchanter can enchant Ravagers and Witches during raids. Enchanters follow and attack Villagers and Wandering Traders who is within 10 block radius. The Enchanter can also enchant Non-Illager Hostile and Neutral mobs that is in combat with the Player. The Enchanter also attacks Players and Iron Golems continuously if there's nowhere for the Enchanter to go. They can spawn in Raids starting from Wave 4. They can also ride Ravagers in later waves and also rarely spawn as a Raid Captain. The Enchanter's enchantment ends if the enchanted mob dies or goes too far away from the Enchanter. They can drop 1-3 Emeralds ( 100 % Chance ), 1 Tome of Enchanting ( 10% Chance ) and 1 Diamond ( 15% Chance )

    It is not a good idea to add diamonds to the raid loot. Since the raid farm will bring an obscene amount of diamonds. Of course, I understand that with each new version of minecraft, diamonds are more and more useless. But you need to leave them at least some value, аnd a similar mechanic is already used in raids, the witch uses useful potions on Illagers. I think we could just expand the witch's arsenal of useful potions. The tome of enchanting is an interesting, but not very useful thing.
