The Polychrome is a new type of flower, made out of multicolored crystals. They only spawn in meadows and flower forests, meaning you'll have to go out looking for them. Unlike normal flowers, the Polychrome can be waterlogged.
Smelting a Polychrome, in a furnace, gives you a Luminium Crystal. Using nine Luminium, you can craft a Luminium block, which flickers through all the colors of the rainbow. Place any flower, on a block of Luminium, and it will slowly transform into a Polychrome. With redstone, the signal strength you give the Luminium Block, will cause it to switch to different colors.
Crafting 7 copper, and 1 Luminium block, makes a Dye Vat. This new crafting station allows you to perform multiple functions.
Block Dyeing: Currently when you dye most blocks, they're permanently stuck like that, a Dye Vat allows you to redye them. With water bottles, you can even un-dye a block back to it's original state.
Enchantment Dyeing: Putting an enchanted tool in the Dye Vat allows you to change the color of the enchantment. This allows you to tell which pickaxe is silk touch, and which one is fortune, at a glance. Same with which compass leads to which location.
Dye Duplication: Combining a Luminium Crystal, and a dye of any type, duplicates that dye into 2 of itself. This has to be done in the Dye Vat.
Well that's my idea, don't forget to vote if you liked it.
