When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Waxing pistons silences them, or at least makes them quieter.

This would make building large machines with lots of pistons easier on the ears.

    OH YES PLEASE!! This somewhat mirrors real life with oils(wax has oil in it, duh) being used to silence and optimize machines. Perhaps a Waxed piston could also push 16 blocks instead of only 12?

    Good idea. If we get Copper Golem, would be cool if we could wax the copper buttons, so they won't oxidize, and they wouldn't make any noise at all.

    Why not extend this to all compoents? Any redstone component, when waxed, will not make a sound then (no more dropper clicks etc.)
