3D biomes

In the newest snapshots, 3D biomes have been removed in the overworld with the exception of cave biomes which leads to slightly less biome and terrain variation, i thought it pretty and unique when an ocasional forest would have a savanna leaf color or if the top part of a hill or plateau was all of a sudden a different biome, it also allowed for smoother biome transitions vertically as well as horizontally.
