A new use for Gunpowder

Adding more Gunpowder to TNT should make the explosion radius and damage increase by one block and one heart for every few extra Gunpowder added. After the TNT is crafted, it should be able to be moved back to the crafting table grid and be surrounded by Gunpowder in a shapeless recipe. The result would be the more powerful or upgraded block of TNT. There should also be a limit to the amount of Gunpowder able to be added to one block. Maybe the amount of Gunpowder required could also scale with the level, i.e, five powder for level two, six for three, seven for four, and so on. This would mean a level five TNT would cost the original block and twenty-seven extra gunpowder. This would help for digging through the new Deepslate Level being added in 1.18.0 seeing as Deepslate cannot be instantly mined and has a higher blast resistance than normal stone.

  i like this, it helps all functions of tnt, both for mining and for things like cannons and pvp
  
  i think that these new blocks of tnt could be called compacted, and then hardened gunpowder or something and need a block of the lesser charge to set it off, eg the hardened block needs an explosion of the compacted block to set it off and vice versa for the compacted block
  
  this reduces its prevelance in even sweatier ( and unhealthy for other pvp items ingame ) forms of end crystal combat whilst making tnt cannons far more usable outside of larp
  as a tnt cannon fan i see this as great for smaller scale yet still good ranged tnt cannons to be made
  
  i dont think blast radius should go past that of a charged creeper but the knockback should be good enough to help other things like player launchers and projectile launchers
  
  perhaps these could be the only thing that can eventually break obsidian, or instead be the only thing that can still have some block breaking properties while touching water
