Make vines easier to farm

Vines should be easier to farm. They grow so slowly and there isn't even a way to afk farm them, which makes decorating with them or using the mossy stone varients a huge pain. They're a pretty low value item, so it doesn't make much sense for them to be such a hassle to obtain. There are a couple different ways you could make it easier. You could allow players to use bonemeal on them like glowing lichen, allow players to afk farm them, either with pistons or shears in dispensers, or just make them grow faster. Maybe a combination of these?
