give maps co-ord borders

Right now maps center on your location and move out from there. This makes edges on a map wall hard to be precise.  You should be located within the map dependent on your co-ord location instead. So if your on the southern portion of the grid with that map size that is where you appear when its created.  If you go over a maps border and create a new one it will start from the border crossed placing you in reference to how far away from it you are.
