(Right click) Interacting with stone types turning them to cobbled varients

This would likely be done with a pickaxe but it could also potentially be done by a hoe, the idea is to have a stone type of block be converted into its cobbled varient through the interacting (right click) similarly to stripped logs or pathways. This would be useful for many builders to reduce the amount of blocks on your hotbar, it would work on stone, deepslate, polished andesite, polished diorite and polished granite. This would also apply if the block type has a stair, slab or wall variant as it would save a lot of time for builders (primarily terraformers) reorganising their hotbars with 5 or more stair, slab, wall and block types by condensing it slightly. A potential issue I could see with this is griefing builds however, the same could also be said about stripped logs and pathways
