"F3" game rule

I propose to introduce a new OPTIONAL game rule - a ban on the use of the "F3" menu. A player in a vision may well do without it. The game already has a compass, magnetite, maps with banner labels. This can have a positive effect on roleplaying.

    ReducedDebugInfo is already in the game, but for some reason is not on by default (even though it clearly should be)?

    I agree, but mojang needs to add diegetic alternatives to finding out coords.
